Election of lead registrant for Activated Carbon

Norit Nederland BV has volunteered to act as Lead Registrant for Activated Carbon. This was already communicated to the SIEF before July 2009.

Note: Norit Nederland BV will not be Lead Registrant for other types of carbon substances, but only for Activated Carbon. See also the substance Definition of Activated Carbon.
