Status of preparation for the Registration

The Activated Carbon Consortium is actively preparing the Registration of both dossiers.

The consortium has appointed Royal HaskoningDHV as a Consultant for the preparation of the technical dossiers and the financial and administrative management.

Dossiers have been submitted to ECHA.

Where possible, waivers are included in the dossiers, and read across between both substances is used. This serves to control costs and minimize the number test animals being used.

Besides testing, several other activities necessary for the completion of the dossiers are being conducted.
